Reshooting the Scene, Chapter 1

Since I am playing the female role, it’s important that we recreate the scene as accurately as possible, so it’s imperative that everything is the same right down the smallest detail: We will find a location or set that best approximates the original scene. I will wear the exact same outfit and lingerie worn by the actress: The panties and bra have to be the same color and fabric as the original. Same for any skirt or blouse, if the scene starts fully clothed. My nylons and shoes must be identical. My makeup has to be the same, right down to the eyeliner, eyeshadow and lipstick she’s wearing. My wig will be the same color and length that my slut star wore. Any jewelry has to match: earrings, rings, bracelets, body jewelry, etc. I don’t fuck around in my recreations. And of course, my nails will be done the proper length and color, and I will get temporary henna tattoos to match hers if she’s an inked performer. If she has larger lips than I do, I will get temporary collagen injections to turn my lips into the perfect cocksucking whore’s lips seen in the original. I definitely had to do this for my first entry.

One final rule that I hinted at above: My reshoots are never done using a static camera on a tripod. Not only are we recreating the action of the scene, every camera move has to be copied, so I’ve employed a girl I know, Monica. She’s a local stripper that I’ve had a friends with benefits relationship for years. Monica is an amateur videographer and was the first person I approached about this fantasy series. She’s shot every scene with her Canon XL-1 and we do the editing together.

While I have these scenes all but memorized, I have a large screen TV off camera playing the scene so all of us performers can help remember our cues. I always ask my fellow actresses to watch the scene a few times to get familiar with the action. The best ones really come prepared, knowing the high points.
